Newad announces two management appointments at its Montreal head office. Kim Donachey is appointed Director, Experiential Marketing – Eastern Canada, while on the corporate end, Marie-Christine Fournier is appointed Director, Marketing & Communications, for all of Newad’s six offices across Canada.

On the Newad team since 2005, Kim Donachey joined the company as a Sales Coordinator and climbed the corporate ladder by continuously demonstrating strong management skills, rigorous customer service and a firm grasp of business targets. She has since managed several major accounts and participated in successful campaigns that integrated Newad’s 360 solution, namely for national companies such as Merck Canada, L’Oréal, Cirque du Soleil, and many others. “Kim’s career path at Newad is an inspiration to many of us. Her team spirit, high level of performance and leadership skills are definite assets. We are convinced that the challenges of this new role are a perfect fit for her talent and her strong desire to reach new heights,” comments Suzanne Lacroix, Executive Director, Experiential Marketing. Kim will work closely with the creative, strategic and development teams, most notably to play an even more active part in the growth of the Experiential Marketing division in Montreal and Eastern Canada. She is taking over the position of Valérie Gervais, who was appointed Director, Development and Strategic Planning in the spring of 2012.

At Newad for the past four years, Marie-Christine Fournier has successfully led many internal and external communications and marketing projects. Reporting to the President and CEO, Michael Reha, her role consists in preserving and promoting the Newad brand and identity on a variety of platforms. With the help of her team, she manages the advertising, promotions and public relations strands of the department. She is also responsible for providing the sales team with innovative tools conceived in collaboration with the Research Department. “Marie-Christine exemplifies the values of Newad in addition to demonstrating creativity, consistency and commitment, making all of her projects into success stories. That is why her work is recognized and appreciated by all teams within the company,” says Michael Reha.

The appointments of Kim Donachey and Marie-Christine Fournier are effective immediately.
