The acquisition is aimed at expanding Billups’ footprint in the UK and EMEA markets and aligns with its mission to enhance transparency and accountability in OOH advertising through advanced technology solutions. This deal marks Billups’ fifth international acquisition since September 2023.
Mediabridge Global’s Growth and Technology
Mediabridge Global, established in 2020, has experienced rapid growth, achieving a 30% year-over-year increase in billings. The company works with more than 30 active agencies, supporting over 250 brands, and has executed OOH campaigns in more than 50 countries. At the core of Mediabridge’s operations is its proprietary platform, BRIDGE (formerly bitposter). BRIDGE offers automated campaign management, real-time availability data, and dynamic planning tools, providing clients with efficient and data-driven OOH campaign solutions.
