Samsung Electronics has announced a strategic partnership with Cielo, a provider of AI-powered franchise solutions, to advance retail advertising and franchise management through integrated technology. The collaboration merges Samsung’s VXT display platform with Cielo’s AI-driven analytics tools, aiming to optimize digital marketing and operational efficiency for businesses globally.

Central to the alliance is the launch of SmartSigns™, Cielo’s new Digital Signage as a Service solution powered by Samsung’s VXT technology. The platform leverages real-time analytics via CieloVision’s KYAI™ (Know Your Audience Intelligence) to deliver targeted advertising and consumer engagement insights. The system analyzes metrics such as dwell time, behavior patterns, and sentiment to enable data-driven marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.

The SmartSigns™ Pro package, priced at $199/month per display, includes an AI camera, VXT Pro license, marketing credits, and remote support through CieloEssentials. Designed as a plug-and-play solution, it eliminates upfront costs and simplifies deployment for digital signage ecosystems. The offering targets industries such as retail, hospitality, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs), providing tools to streamline content creation and ensure compliance in franchise operations.

Built on Cielo’s SmartFranchise™ framework, the partnership also supports managed service providers (MSPs) and franchise operators in sectors like family entertainment and QSRs.
