STRATACACHE, a global provider of digital signage and retail media solutions, has acquired SNED, a France-based LED display specialist focused on pharmacy signage and displays. The move strengthens STRATACACHE’s European footprint, particularly in retail media and point-of-sale digital activations.
Founded in 2012, SNED operates primarily in France and the Benelux region, offering tailored LED solutions for pharmacy environments. As part of STRATACACHE, SNED will expand its expertise beyond display technology, serving as a regional integration partner for STRATACACHE’s retail media platforms, including iDklic, its European pharmacy retail media division.
Jean-Charles Figoni, Founder and CEO of iDklic, emphasized the strategic alignment: “We are seeing a huge demand for screens and integrated systems in pharmacies and other retail spaces as more brands and stores see the massive opportunities that open up when you activate digital signage at point of sale. SNED will retain its brand identity, following the model of STRATACACHE’s earlier acquisitions, including UK-based Sys-Teams and Germany’s Masterpoint. Administrative and operational coordination will be managed through Scala, a STRATACACHE company specializing in global digital solution deployments.
