VIOOH Appoints Ludovic Menard as Chief Product Officer

VIOOH, a global digital out-of-home (DOOH) supply-side platform, has named Ludovic Menard as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). Menard rejoins the company after nearly three years, succeeding Jon Block, who departed in late 2024 after five years in the role.

Menard will oversee product vision, strategy, and roadmap development across VIOOH’s ecosystem, focusing on aligning offerings with customer needs and long-term business goals. He will report directly to CEO Jean-Christophe Conti and collaborate with the leadership team to drive innovation in programmatic DOOH solutions.

A seasoned ad tech professional, Menard brings 19 years of experience spanning supply-side platforms, DSPs, and DMPs. Prior to his return, he served as VP of Product at Teads, where he led initiatives in ad tech product development. During his initial four-year tenure at VIOOH, Menard spearheaded the launch of the company’s programmatic and direct sales products. His career also includes roles at JCDecaux, Criteo, and Orange Consulting, with expertise in AI, machine learning, yield management, and privacy compliance.
