Spanish coffee shop and health food chain Faborit has teamed up with nsign.tv to digitize menu boards across its nearly 30 locations in Spain. This move aims to optimize store operations, enhance customer experience, and boost sales.
Faborit, known for its healthy food offerings in a modern design environment, operates under the Fresh Coffee Shop philosophy. Established in 2005, the chain has 28 establishments: 17 in Madrid, 10 in Barcelona, and one in Logroño.
The partnership with nsign.tv signifies a shift from traditional paper menus to digital displays, aiming for a more interactive and personalized customer experience. “We sought functionality and improved responsiveness to better serve our customers and enhance their experience each time they visit our stores,” stated Kristina Szasz, IT manager at Faborit.
nsign.tv has installed 50” and 55” LCD displays with integrated digital signage players in all Faborit locations. These dynamic displays enable Faborit to broadcast menu boards and other engaging content effectively. “Through these screens, we showcase our diverse offerings in a visually appealing and straightforward manner,” added Szasz. The platform’s ease of use facilitates seamless transitions, keeping the displays updated with the latest Faborit news and seasonal products, which customers appreciate.
Szasz also highlighted the benefits of the nsign.tv platform for content organization, scheduling, and playback. The platform allows Faborit to measure the impact of displayed content on sales, resulting in both increased turnover and average ticket size. The user-friendly nsign.tv software can be operated by Faborit’s staff, allowing for quick implementation of changes and focused improvements based on customer feedback.
The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and hospitality sectors form a significant part of nsign.tv’s clientele, including brands like Areas, Domino’s Pizza, Grupo Piñero, GoodNews, Tea Shop, and The Fitzgerald.
