RAM Vision and CURB Medi OOH campaign for O2RAM Vision and CURB Media collaborated to create the world’s first nationwide, audio-enabled OOH campaign for O2.

RAM Vision has worked in collaboration with CURB Media, known for creating natural media campaigns and inspiring OOH (Out Of Home), to allow O2 to include the title track from its current TV and radio campaign in the OOH and retail segments.

From the 26th March, the song, ‘Little Boxes’ by Sniffy Dog featuring Adrienne Stiefel, will be broadcast to the public via two novel methods: Sound Showers and Surface Speakers.

CURB’s Sound Showers beam sound like a torch shines light, in this case in front of large format digital screens, creating a very localised ‘audio footprint’.  For the O2 campaign, a branded circular vinyl will invite passersby to stop and watch the TV ad on a number of RAM Vision’s iconic screens in retail destinations including Glow at Bluewater and Trinity Walk, Wakefield. The Sound Showers will enable shoppers to hear the soundtrack to the advert as they watch.

Savvas Tombouloglou, Creative Director at RAM Vision said;

“The Things Are Changing campaign from O2 requires a level of emotional engagement from the consumer, so it is imperative that the retail activation encourages this in a subtle and not intrusive manner. It is great to see the activation brought to life through the use of both visual and audio enabled OOH across our expansive network in the UK.”
