Parabit Systems, Inc. has successfully completed the installation of 15 Self-Service Welcome Centers across the arrival areas of all terminals at JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Airports. Additionally, 10 Digital Signage Platform Kiosks have been set up at all AirTrain stations at JFK International Airport, significantly enhancing the travel experience for passengers.
The new Welcome Centers feature an integration of 60 hotel, car rental, and ground transportation kiosks, along with 150 digital signage displays. These centers aim to provide travelers with comprehensive information and services at their fingertips. Thirty self-service kiosks offer access to the Port Authority website, enabling users to track flights, find hotels, locate baggage claim areas, and arrange ground transportation and car rentals. To further assist passengers, 10 ATMs have been incorporated within these centers.
A notable feature of the Welcome Centers is the sleek Ground Transportation Information Counters, where Port Authority Customer Care Representatives are available to assist with technology usage and book ground transportation services for arriving passengers.
