Taybarns switch to Signagelive for their Digital Menu Boards

Taybarns Signagelive Digital Menu BoardsTaybarns the UK based family friendly restaurant chain owed by Whitbread PLC, has switched to Signagelive to power their network of Digital Menu Boards and general digital signage displays.

Prior to moving to Signagelive’s cloud-based digital signage platform, Taybarns had evaluated and installed a server and player based solution. The reason for the move to Signagelive was to eliminate the extensive support costs and internal resources being used to run the previous server/player solution, which was preventing Taybarns from scaling their network beyond a handful of restaurants.

NoviSign Digital Signage announces the release of a new widget for poll/survey feedback

0

NoviSign has been growing their software platform at an accelerated rate by introducing innovative ways to directly engage consumers. Recognizing the importance for companies to have easy, quick ways to gain consumer insights, NoviSign allows businesses to do on-the-spot market research to gain an understanding of customer satisfaction.

Customer management is a crucial part of any business’s success. By utilizing NoviSign’s newest poll widget, companies can broadcast questions through the widget on their products, services, or on consumer perception and attitudes related to the company’s goods and services. Consumers see the feedback uploaded in real time and companies can gage what is driving consumer behavior based on their answers. This widget is equally beneficial to both company and consumer: consumers enjoy engaging with and contributing to a company, sharing their feelings in hopes of reinforcing their satisfaction, and sharing criticism to improve upon certain aspects of the customer experience.

Additionally, businesses can offer incentives for taking the polls that reinforce brand loyalty. A restaurant, for instance, can offer a customer a 10% discount off his or her next meal upon completion of the poll. All it takes is for the customer to scan the QR code and poll with any type of Smartphone. The polling process does not involve creating an account or downloading any application, so answering questions takes but a few moments. The customer leaves with a coupon and the restaurant collects valuable customer data.

NoviSign does not just give businesses a marketing strategy. They enable companies to grow their businesses through engaging key stakeholders through cutting-edge technology like this interactive widget capability.

Auto Dealerships Nationwide Embrace LED Signs to Boost Sales and Visibility

0

Auto dealerships across the United States are increasingly turning to LED signage to enhance their visibility and drive sales. Watchfire Signs, a leading manufacturer based in Danville, Illinois, is at the forefront of this trend, providing dealerships with high-quality, durable, and energy-efficient digital displays.

Mike Pruitt, owner of Pruitt Honda in Akron, Ohio, is one of many dealership owners who have experienced positive results from using Watchfire’s products. After researching digital signs, Pruitt invested in a full-color Watchfire XVS 19mm sign, which he reports has reduced his overall advertising costs while increasing customer engagement and sales. “It seems any used vehicle we put there gets sold,” Pruitt noted, highlighting the sign’s effectiveness in attracting potential buyers.

This success is echoed by other dealerships across the country. Mark Warner, marketing director at Bill Cole Automall in Bluefield, West Virginia, shared that their Watchfire sign functions like a dynamic advertisement, with various software features that keep the content fresh and engaging. “We like our prospects and customers to feel like they are always seeing something new,” Warner said, emphasizing the importance of regularly updating the sign to maintain customer interest and increase showroom visits.

Energy efficiency is another key advantage of Watchfire LED signs. Bill Cole Automall found that the cost savings in maintenance and energy consumption made their investment in a large LED sign an easy decision. The dealership also qualified for an energy rebate, further validating their choice.

Bill Alexander Ford in Yuma, Arizona, also saw immediate benefits after replacing their old sign with a Watchfire XVS 19mm sign in 2012. General Manager Everett Dawson noted that the new sign quickly drew customer attention and supported the dealership’s overall advertising efforts. Jeff Fritz, the dealership’s chief financial officer, described the investment as “money well spent.”

Watchfire Signs will showcase its full range of LED signs at the upcoming 2013 National Auto Dealer Association (NADA) Show in Orlando, Florida, from February 8-11. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Watchfire products and learn how LED signage can help dealerships improve their advertising efficiency and effectiveness.
