LG Electronics launched its latest innovation, the LG Business Cloud, at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2024, marking a significant step in digital signage management. Designed to cater to both small and large enterprises, this new cloud-based platform revolutionizes the way businesses manage their LG digital signage solutions.

The LG Business Cloud emerges as a user-friendly, one-stop solution, allowing businesses to easily browse, subscribe to, and manage a range of LG digital signage cloud solutions. Compatibility is a key feature, with the platform supporting various LG digital signage products, including Micro LED displays, commercial TVs, and Transparent OLED Signage.

Key to the LG Business Cloud’s appeal is its streamlined management process. The platform eliminates the need for businesses to navigate multiple pages or engage in lengthy discussions with sales representatives. It also offers educational resources to maximize the use of LG’s specialized cloud offerings.

Integrated within the platform are advanced content management solutions like the LG SuperSign Cloud and LG Pro:Centric Cloud. These solutions empower users to tailor content displayed on their LG digital signage, from welcome messages to promotional content, and effectively schedule their display.

Remote management capabilities are a standout feature of the LG Business Cloud. Through the LG ConnectedCare solution, the platform actively monitors the performance and condition of LG signage, sends alerts for unexpected events, and allows for remote adjustments of settings like screen brightness and volume.

The platform is not just about management but also exploration. Users can trial LG’s cloud solutions before subscribing, and there are no device restrictions, ensuring businesses of all sizes can efficiently manage their signage displays.

Moreover, the LG Business Cloud boasts a user-friendly interface for real-time monitoring and effortless remote control. Additional features include access to dynamic media art applications and real-time information services, enhancing the functionality of the digital signage.

This launch is a key part of LG’s strategy to expand its B2B solutions business, following the successful integration of services and hardware in its home solutions business. The LG Business Cloud is initially available in North America, with plans to expand to other markets, including South Korea and Europe and requires LG webOS version 6.0 or above.
