Combination of ScreenScape Digital Signage Network And LocaModa Place-Based Social Media Platform Enables Powerful End-To-End Marketing Solutions
LocaModa and ScreenScape today announced they are collaborating to enable powerful end-to-end place-based social media solutions.
Today’s announcement is predicated on the shared vision of both companies and the recognition that their collaboration results in a best of class end-to-end solution. To that end, LocaModa’s place-based social media will be offered by ScreenScape and LocaModa will include ScreenScape on the list of approved content management platforms it recommends to licensees.
ScreenScape’s community-based digital signage platform already supports a rapidly growing community of over 1,500 businesses in retail, entertainment, sports and healthcare markets. Many customers in those markets are in need of a rich and engaging social media platform to add value to and extend the reach of their existing media mix and marketing communication. For example, displaying “venue safe”, filtered social media feeds such as Foursquare check-ins, tips and offers to better inform their customers, as well as real-time Facebook and Twitter messages to create an interactive dialogue around local or contextually interesting topics.
