Scala, a global leader in providing comprehensive digital signage and connected signage solutions, has announced the official launch of its Scala India operations. This strategic move is part of Scala’s effort to enhance its market presence and capitalize on the burgeoning demand for digital signage in India. The new office in Bangalore will house dedicated teams for business development, content innovation, and technical support under the guidance of an experienced management team.

Strategic Expansion Through Joint Venture

The Scala India venture is a collaboration between Scala Inc. and Digifour Technologies Pvt Ltd, a prominent technology and digital signage provider established in 2001. Digifour, a pioneer in Digital Dynamic Signage (DDS) technology since 2005, has played a crucial role in shaping the Indian digital signage landscape, serving diverse verticals across the country.

Scala India aims to drive aggressive growth in the digital signage market by offering a comprehensive suite of end-to-end solutions, including software, hardware integration, content production, media and network management, and hosting services. This expansion positions Scala to support its existing customers and partners locally while enhancing its ability to serve new clients seeking cutting-edge digital signage solutions.

Strengthened Software Development Capabilities

In addition to establishing its physical presence in India, Scala has significantly bolstered its software development capabilities by integrating a team of highly skilled engineers in Bangalore. This new team complements Scala’s global development teams located in the United States, Canada, France, and Norway, enabling the company to accelerate product innovation and expand its technology offerings for both regional and international markets.
