Supporting customers across China, Hong Kong, and other APAC countries
STRATACACHE, a leading provider of scalable, high-performance digital signage, content distribution and enterprise video acceleration technologies, today announced it has opened a new office in Hong Kong to support its growing customer base across the Asia-Pacific region.
The new facility is located in the urban Energy Plaza building in Kowloon, Hong Kong, and will function as both a sales and technical support office for customers in China, Hong Kong, and other key APAC countries.
The facility will offer support and sales for STRATACACHE’s digital media solutions including Digital Menu Boards, Digital Interactive and Customer Service technologies, powered by STRATACACHE’s ActiVia for Media digital signage software in both Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
“STRATACACHE’s new office in Hong Kong provides a great local base in the region, allowing us to offer our clients exceptional support and access to the latest digital media solutions,” said Chris Riegel, STRATACACHE CEO. “The move also allows us to grow our presence in an important global market.”
STRATACACHE operates across the globe with headquarters in Dayton, Ohio, and facilities across North America and Europe. In Q1 2013, STRATACACHE will be announcing additional APAC offices.
The company currently has more than 120 employees worldwide.
The new office in Hong Kong follows STRATACACHE’s announcement in September 2012, of a new facility which opened in Chicago, IL.
