Sweden – Arlanda Express, the airport train service linking Arlanda Airport with central Stockholm, has signed a multi-year exclusive framework agreement with ZetaDisplay, a prominent provider of digital solutions. This agreement aims to enhance Arlanda Express’s digital infrastructure.
ZetaDisplay will manage content delivery across Arlanda Express’s entire screen network, upgrading on-board digital signage and replacing advertising screens at all stations and platforms, including Arlanda Station. The project involves approximately 250 new installations designed to meet the specific technical and regulatory requirements of the train transport environment.
ZetaDisplay’s experience in the Airport Express train sector includes successful projects with Flytoget, the Norwegian Airport Express to Oslo Airport, and Swedish railway company SJ, positioning them well for this new collaboration.
Axel Nilsson, Chief Commercial Manager of Arlanda Express, explained the strategic importance of this partnership:
“In 2023, we reviewed our digital signage solutions and identified the need for modernization. We chose ZetaDisplay after an extensive evaluation. Their team developed a customized solution that combines their software platform with expertise in the train and transport sector. This partnership, along with our new media sales partner Cityreklam, will enhance our customer journey experience and media business.”
Anders Olin, President and CEO of ZetaDisplay, commented on the collaboration:
“Our experience with similar complex operating environments has prepared us for this project. Our solutions will create improved conditions for business value and enhance the customer experience with a modern DOOH advertising network, built on our software platform. We are proud to partner with Arlanda Express and look forward to advancing their digital signage solutions.”
