Standard data-sharing solution set to widen market accessibility

Already benefiting the telepresence and collaborative working supply chain, the projectiondesign® F35 panorama projector is deployed as part of the brand-new Cyviz C1 Panorama entry-level visual collaboration solution by display specialists Cyviz. It will make its public debut on the projectiondesign stand 1M27 at ISE 2013 alongside a C1 7.6 megapixel-resolution display that uses two F35 wqxga ultra-high-resolution projectors for advanced visualization and critical analysis.

The Cyviz C1 Panorama combines basic visualization with telepresence and data sharing abilities. It provides users with flexibility in displaying multiple sources of data, sharing data with remote locations and collaborating via telepresence. A single user interface manages all operations including seamless integration with Cisco video codecs.

“The F35 panorama projector adds significant value to our product portfolio,” says Glen J. Lambersøy, Commercial Manager at display specialists Cyviz. “We’re using the F35 panorama to meet the requirements of our customers for functionality on top of their current advanced-level videoconferencing portfolio. Removing the need to use two SXGA+ projectors to create a data sharing workflow, the Cyviz C1 Panorama reduces the overall system cost and has critical installation and maintenance benefits and is significantly better than LCD or flat panel solutions.”

Anders Løkke, Marketing Director at projectiondesign explains: “The F35 panorama projector is ideal for viewing in wide-screen using just one projector thanks to its Picture-by-Picture imaging capabilities on a 21 : 9 format display. In addition, the F35 panorama removes the need for blending images as well as colour matching and projector realignment, saving valuable time and maintenance expenditure. Other features include 2560 x 1080 pixel resolution and warranted 24/7 operation.”

“The F35 panorama was developed to meet the market need of companies such as Cyviz who have carved a niche in supplying a comprehensive product portfolio to some of the world’s biggest names in oil and gas, visualization, manufacturing, life sciences, defense and federal government,” adds Espen Olsen, Regional Director, Nordic, at projectiondesign.

The Cyviz C1 Panorama incorporating the projectiondesign F35 panorama projector is already installed at Cyviz’s Global Technology Center in Stavanger, Norway.
