Screenfeed has announced the production of a new original series, “Destinations,” designed to captivate viewers of digital signage through stunning visuals and compelling storytelling. This ongoing series of video shorts transports audiences to some of the world’s most scenic locations, featuring breathtaking photographs and footage provided by National Geographic.

Each one-minute segment focuses on the adventures that travel can bring, offering a brief but immersive experience. Viewers get a taste of what it’s like to visit these destinations through a combination of images, footage, narration, and on-screen facts.

“Screenfeed is dedicated to providing the highest-quality, syndicated media for the digital signage medium, and National Geographic’s 124-year history of capturing indescribable sights and scenery makes them the perfect partner,” said Jeremy Gavin, CEO of Screenfeed.

A new destination is added to the series every week, ensuring fresh and engaging content for digital signage network operators. In addition to the current weekly episode, operators have access to the full library of “Destinations” to enhance their playlists.

Each episode is crafted to work seamlessly with or without audio, featuring complete narration and background music. For venues where sound is not an option, the on-screen information ensures that the imagery alone can entertain and inform viewers.

Integration of “Destinations” into playlist loops is straightforward, as each episode is produced to the exact same duration. The content can be delivered automatically through Media RSS, Direct URL, or via FTP, offering flexible options for digital signage networks.

Steve Glancey, Director of Sales at Screenfeed, highlighted the innovative approach of the series: “Teleporting viewers to Antarctica and the French Riviera is another ‘nail in the coffin’ to the old fashion ticker. Viewers expect great content or they won’t pay attention, and I’m proud to work for a company that is making eyeballs look at screens for a price any network can afford.”
