Nvest, the UK’s leading provider of AV product training, has launched a new 24/7 first-line technical support service. This initiative is designed to support a wide range of products in the audio-visual, digital signage, interactive, and telecommunications sectors.

Nvest’s new service offers resellers an outsourced solution for providing first-line technical support to their customers. This includes support for digital signage, video conferencing, interactive whiteboards, and Voice Over IP (VoIP) products. The support service is available nationwide in the UK and to English-speaking customers globally, facilitated by Inbay Limited’s international Customer Care Centre.

Background and Expertise

The launch of this service follows Nvest’s acquisition by IT support group Inbay Limited on February 1st, 2012. Leveraging Nvest’s extensive experience in AV product training for major brands like Cisco, Ebeam, Hitachi, LG, LifeSize, Onelan, Polycom, Samsung, signagelive, and Smart, the company has tailored a support service that meets the specific needs of both users and resellers.

Pip Thomas, Managing Director of Nvest, emphasized the value this service brings: “We take the pain away for everyone. While resellers get on with the business of selling, our friendly and approachable support team uses everyday language to resolve user problems.”

Enhanced Service Offering

The first-line technical support service is an extension of Nvest’s established training services. Thomas noted, “We know how to simplify technology. By tapping into Inbay’s 24/7 support resources, Nvest can now offer an affordable support service that not only provides an ongoing revenue stream for resellers but also enhances customer service, fostering repeat business and differentiating their offerings.

Availability

The Nvest first-line technical support service is available immediately on a minimum 12-month contract to resellers, integrators, distributors, and manufacturers of AV, digital signage, video conferencing, and VoIP products.
