Sweden – In a significant stride towards sustainable retail practices, ZetaDisplay has collaborated with ICA Kvantum to integrate an advanced, energy-efficient Digital Signage platform at the ICA Kvantum store in SannegÃ¥rden, Gothenburg. This initiative is a part of ICA Kvantum’s broader commitment to low energy consumption and modern environmental standards.
The newly installed media platform by ZetaDisplay is designed to reduce energy usage by an impressive 30 to 50%. This installation is a testament to ZetaDisplay’s dedication to promoting sustainability through cutting-edge technology.
ZetaDisplay’s collaboration with ICA is backed by a comprehensive framework agreement. This agreement encompasses the provision of the technical platform, operational support, and additional services for ICA’s In-store TV across its network of 1,400 trader-owned stores in Sweden. Since 2008, ZetaDisplay has successfully installed its Digital Signage solutions in over 100 ICA Kvantum stores.
Leif Liljebrunn, CEO of ZetaDisplay AB (publ), emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability. “We are continuing to reinforce our position as a driving force in supplying innovative solutions for Digital Signage. With our experience in retailing, we can add powerful new value. The installation at ICA Kvantum SannegÃ¥rden is an energy-reducing and environmentally-friendly project that we believe will be an important development for the whole Digital Signage area,” Liljebrunn stated.
ZetaDisplay is currently experiencing a phase of expansion, with marked increases in sales and enhanced communication capabilities for its clients through its media platform. The company, which has about 40 employees, has shown substantial growth in Sweden and extends its operations through subsidiaries in Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
