Pitney Bowes Technical Services provides installation, warranty cover, preventative maintenance, upgrade and repair services for a wide range of digital, networked and mechanical systems, enabling companies to have a single, neutral supplier for all their servicing needs.

Although the expansion of vendor independent servicing into Europe is new, the company has a proven track record in maintaining its own solutions for its 2 million worldwide customers.

At the heart of Pitney Bowes Technical Services are a team of 370 highly trained engineers who are key to the offering. All of these highly skilled engineers are employed directly by Pitney Bowes and are sent on regular training to ensure that they are up-to-date with the most recent technological advancements.

World class integrated systems support every aspect of servicing, maintenance and repair. The company’s solution aims to give customers the complete package from parts distribution management to invoicing and detailed management reports.

An integral part of this solution package is the company ethos of outstanding customer care. This is monitored through a number of initiatives including post call follow ups, quarterly service level reviews and customer satisfaction surveys.

Pitney Bowes is targeting original equipment manufacturers, dealers, resellers and integrators, providing the necessary support to enable these organisations to enter new markets that have previously been out of reach.

“By using our solution, customers have one contact for all of their servicing needs and know that they can build their business, backed by an experienced partner and a name that they can trust.”
