Interactivity Suite (IS). Visitors who stop by the or Vizrt booths at the 2011 NAB Show will get a glimpse of the promising future of broadcasting’s multi-screen.

Now, based on our IS platform, the new Synchronized Companion App enables broadcasters to take advantage of this phenomenon by developing their own branded apps for smartphones, laptops, or other devices.”

Powered by IS, the Synchronized Companion App monitors changes in broadcast programming or live production and then uses the changes to trigger delivery of specified content to the second screen. Visitors to the booth (N3737) will enjoy a 360-degree view of how this works for the iPad®, thus gaining firsthand understanding of the benefits IS and the Synchronized Companion App can bring to their own broadcasts.

In the Vizrt booth (SL5408), the powerful capabilities of the Synchronized Companion App framework will also be on display in conjunction with internationally renowned Vizrt graphics engines, touch screens, and augmented-reality solutions.
