EyeClick’s announced today that their unique virtual playspace has been installed at Qube children’s center at The Venetian Macao.
The team at EyeClick that produces the EyePlay is proud to announce today that their virtual playground has been installed at The Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel. This remarkable 40 story integrated resort is owned by Las Vegas Sands Corp. and is modeled on its sister resort The Venetian in Las Vegas. Another interesting distinction about this hotel is that it is currently the largest single structure hotel in Asia at 10,600,000-square-feet.
With 3000 suites, a substantial entertainment center for children is necessary. The Venetian Macao has an impressive activity area for children; visitors can find the EyePlay at Qube, which is a 9,000 square foot children’s playground.
Tony Lam, Director of Retail & Leisure Operations, Venetian Macau Limited said, “Our innovative activity center offers amazing climbing structures with slides and nets, and more computer games than you could throw a hand controller at.” In addition to the EyePlay, other engaging activities at Qube include a multi-climbing facility with a free fall slide, rainbow slides, a V-Net bridge and a party room. One of the hotel’s goals was that the Qube will be more than just a fun playspace, they also wanted to offer tools for personal development that would “boost children’s abilities and confidence.”
The EyePlay was a natural fit for The Venetian Macao’s Qube playground, as it boosts coordination as well as athletic performance. In fact, children can engage their entire body as they play interactive games, encouraging tactile experience and hand-eye coordination. This product was recently recognized as a “breakout product in children’s design” at the 15th Annual International Interior Design Association Product Design Competition. The EyePlay enables kids to play various games including everything from Drums, Piano and Disco Floor, to sports games like Ice Hockey, Football and Super Soccer. Their activities control sounds and animated graphics projected on the floor.
Sales Manager Eldad Givon stated, “The EyePlay offers children a high level of engagement. It’s a unique way to entertain kids, while at the same time it is very safe and easy to use.”
