Reflect Systems Unveils Retail Solutions at 2013 NRF Show

Innovative Technology Showcases:

Intel (Booth #1539): Reflect will present the ReflectView TouchPoint solution within Intel’s booth. This interactive kiosk enhances customer engagement through touchscreen activities, physical sensors, buttons, and product lift triggers. Designed for interactive displays, TouchPoint is perfect for welcome areas, customer service zones, and product demo locations. Additionally, it integrates in-store digital media with web, social, and mobile strategies, offering a connected multichannel experience. Intel’s booth will also feature an IT Command Center, powered by Reflect and CompuCom, demonstrating seamless remote management of diverse retail infrastructures, including digital signage, kiosks, tablets, and smartphones.

HP (Booth #1617): The ReflectView MediaPoint solution will be highlighted here, showcasing its capabilities for passive media messaging. MediaPoint supports HD media, screen segmenting, and dynamic content like real-time information and social media feeds. It’s designed to influence shopper behavior with targeted promotions and branding, making it ideal for customer wait areas, store departments, and in-aisle promotions.

Seneca (Booth #C543): Reflect will demonstrate the ReflectView Tablet solution, emphasizing its ease of content management and touchscreen activity for product drill-downs. This solution enhances assisted-selling capabilities, providing store associates with tools to offer a more informed customer service experience. Both MediaPoint and TouchPoint solutions will also be demoed at the Seneca booth.
