Each year, Inc. Magazine releases its 500|5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing, private companies in the U.S. The list results are based on the percentage of revenue growth from 2008 to 2011. To qualify, companies must be based in the United States and have earned a minimum revenue of $100,000 in 2008 and a minimum revenue of $2 million in 2011.
