Symon Communications, a leading global provider of intelligent visual solutions, will showcase several new and updated solutions at the Digital Signage Expo this week in Las Vegas, Nev. Symon invites all DSE attendees to see its demos at booth 1122.
OnTargetâ„¢ Premier: The newest service from Symon will help communication and marketing teams engage their audiences with news and information. Symon’s professional team of content specialists can develop and manage customers’ digital signage messaging, transforming input such as product brochures, press releases and photos into content slides for their Symon signage. Even organizations that lack the bandwidth or staff can update their messaging often and keep their viewers engaged with fresh content. OnTarget Premier is an annual subscription service that complements Symon’s widely used OnTarget News service, which provides headlines, sports, weather, stock and other news to Symon end-points.
InView Mobileâ„¢ Data: Symon is untethering managers from their PCs and display screens by adding push notifications to the mobile app version of the Symon InView desktop application. Push notifications will increase employee productivity by enabling users to receive alerts on their iOS or Android smart phones or tablets whenever any of their critical data points reaches a pre-set threshold. Additionally, NFC (near field communications) now gives supervisors the ability to gather data by area — users with NFC-enabled devices simply hold the device up to any strategically placed NFC station and receive immediate, real-time data about the productivity, inventory or other factors in that area. InView Mobile Data serves any team that depends on key business metrics to make real-time decisions, such as supply chain and contact centers.
LobbyViewâ„¢: For properties looking to improve guest services, Symon is introducing an all-new version of its LobbyView interactive, touch-screen kiosk. LobbyView enables guests to view property maps, amenities, local area maps, airline flight information, news headlines, weather information, sports news and more. Additionally, customer reports show how guests are using the LobbyView kiosk, which will help customers to work with Symon to improve the functionality to meet their property’s needs. Designed for common areas throughout office buildings, hotels, resorts and casinos, LobbyView is available in both free-standing and wall-mounted installations.
“These updated and new solutions from Symon show the research and intelligence we’re putting into our product development,” said Charles Ansley, president and CEO of Symon. “With all that’s going on at Symon, we have a lot to show and talk about with DSE attendees.”
