AVI Systems, a nationally recognized Audio Visual Systems Integrator, today announced that they have acquired Workplace AV Systems of Sioux Falls, SD, a division of Workplace Technology Center specializing in information technology and audio visual consulting solutions.

The purchase of Workplace AV Systems further increases AVI Systems geographic area in the Midwest market. “The combination of Workplace AV Systems technology solutions with our audio visual expertise will provide our clients with more solutions, expertise and support,” said Glenn Bosch, Regional Vice President of AVI Systems.

Workplace AV Systems, a division of Workplace Technology Center, has been an established AV Consultant in South Dakota area since 1997. We will continue to maintain Workplace AV Systems current facility at 2101 W. 41st Street, Suite 39, Sioux Falls, SD 5710. “The integration of both companies will take place over the next year, with the local office operating under the dba of Workplace AV Systems a subsidiary of AVI Systems, and will migrate to the AVI Systems name during the next year. Our clients will continue to receive the same high quality Audio Visual communication solutions, which they have come to expect and Workplace AV Systems clients will enjoy the expanded AV solutions and support capabilities,” state Glenn Bosch, managing Regional Vice President.
