Christie®, a global leader in visual solutions, is pleased to announce its participation at ISE 2011 (RAI, Amsterdam – 1st-3rd February, 2011) in Hall 1, stand H 43, showcasing products from across its diverse business groups, including dynamic signage, 3D projection and Control Rooms amongst others.
A second stand dedicated to the event staging market is in Hall 1, stand J45. Situated next to Christie’s main booth, this area will demonstrate a configuration of Christie MicroTiles™, alongside Christie’s much-trusted Roadster M Series transformed into digital luminaires – active, powered and lit – via the recently-launched Christie Nitro Solutions. The YK50, latest addition in the range, will be available to view whilst the larger YK100 and YK200 models will be on the truss, controlled via the 42 CONTROLS® S.P.O.C. desk.
The main stand features the technology preview area where the Christie L2K1000 is located. The Christie L2K1000 is a 2K LCD 10,000 ANSI Lumen projector (2048 x 1080) featuring Christie’s 4D Color™ technology. The industry’s brightest 10,000 Lumen projector with a 2K panel, it presents a very detailed image across a wide projection area, making it a cost effective choice for educational facilities, architectural markets, and home or business.
Christie will also present its successful Mirage Series 3D DLP® projector line, recently expanded with the addition of six models to bring high performance 3D solutions to new markets. The new Christie Mirage M Series 3-chip DLP projectors offer complete compatibility with today’s 3D “HDMI 1.4” standards to support growing demands for 3D displays. A Mirage WU12K-M will present three different 3D stereo sources: a Blu-ray player for movies; a PlayStation 3 with its games and a third input from a 3D camera with real time playback.
Christie Entero™, recipient of last year’s Most InAVative Commercial Display Award, will also be on stand in a 4×2 50” array, managed via a Vista Spyder X20, to create a control room environment. Christie Entero features a “zero maintenance” design, and is the world’s first LED-based SXGA+ and WUXGA resolution projection display system, purpose built for control room and video wall applications. With no consumable components such as lamps, filters or colour wheels to replace, Christie Entero LED delivers the ultimate in uninterrupted, 24/7 performance for exceptional reliability and low cost of ownership.
Finally, the multi-award winning Christie MicroTiles, launched across EMEA at last year’s ISE and nominated for this year’s InAVation Awards in the Most InAVative Digital Signage Product category, will feature on both stands in relevant and inspiring configurations. Christie MicroTiles are modular, digital display tiles that can be stacked and clustered like building blocks to create a digital canvas of any size, any shape and in any space. The groundbreaking LED- and DLP®-based system represents a huge step forward in large-format digital display technology, offering superior colour and image reproduction.
