As a true Digital Signage Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, we firmly believe in the power of Cloud computing and the flexibility it offers a Global business operation such as our own.
In addition to our own signagelive platform being a SaaS solution, for the past two years we have operated Salesforce Enterprise Edition for all our Sales, Support and Channel Management requirements.
Using the Salesforce Force.com platform we have recently developed a fully integrated network and licence management solution between Salesforce and signagelive, providing us with total visibility of all signagelive networks, licences, extensions and activity within Salesforce allowing us to utilise their comprehensive reporting and dashboard capabilities. Now, in collaboration with Coda, we have moved our entire order processing and accounting online replacing our previous client/sever based hardware and software with the Coda2Go Sales, Purchase and General Ledger solutions. In addition, we have worked closely with Coda on their latest 2.0 version to enable automated billing and revenue recognition for all signagelive licencing.
In recognition of this unique collaboration, Coda are to feature the integration with signagelive at the Salesforce Cloudforce conference 7th April, Excel, London. The Coda press release regarding the event and integration with signagelive is as follows:

CODA Group, the finance software specialist, today launched its much awaited CODA 2go Spring ’09 accounting Software as a Service (SaaS) at salesforce.com’s Cloudforce conference in London.
Spring ’09 is the second release of CODA 2go and considerably extends the functionality of the first release to offer a complete accounting application. This release covers general ledger accounting, user defined budgets and spreadsheet integration, as well as full accounts receivable and invoicing functionality.
Built on the salesforce.com Cloud Computing Platform, CODA 2go is the first accounting solution with native Salesforce CRM integration. This ensures that users make the most of customer relationships from making initial contact to ensuring smooth accounting processes and accurate invoicing. It will help companies leverage valuable data across customer services, sales and accounting, giving a 360 degree view of the business at a time when cash flow has never been more important.
“We have been impressed by what CODA has achieved in such a short space of time,” said Jason Cremins, CEO of CODA 2go Spring ’09 beta customer, remotemedia. “Building on Force.com has clearly worked to their advantage as the integration with Salesforce CRM is exceptional. The latest release offers all the accounting functionality we need and provides seamless integration with our signagelive.com SaaS Digital Signage platform for revenue recognition which is also built on Force.com. Working closely with CODA and salesforce.com we have been able to run our entire business operation in the cloud which is critical to our global business strategy.”
CODA 2go is available via a monthly subscription model. Initial pricing for a full subscription to CODA 2go will begin at £85.00 ($125.00) per user per month. From today, a free 30 day trial of the Spring ’09 release is available at www.coda2go.com/freetrial
“This is the CODA 2go release that many have been waiting for,” said Jeremy Roche, CEO of CODA. “This release builds on CODA’s 30 years’ experience in developing best of class accounting software. It is simple to set up and use and cost effective to run, and for many companies and subsidiaries, will better meet their accounting requirements than on-premises software. We expect it to quickly become the de facto cloud accounting solution for salesforce.com users, as well as those companies that are looking for an on demand accounting application that is more sophisticated than others on the market, without the complexity and cost that often implies.”
