Working Solutions’ award winning Acquire solution is the software engine behind the 600 site network of digital signage screens, available through the Travel Agent TV service. Working with Gold Medal Travel, the TV channel is available to any travel agent in the UK, and provides a fully managed display of holiday destination videos, latest offers and promotions and more. Stored on the player units, content can be shown in a playlist specified by Travel TV.
Travel agents can also enjoy content control, using a small remote control to either swap to a different pre-determined playlist or travel channel, or change videos and pages according to a customer’s requirements. A great alternative to a page in a travel brochure, travel agents can now, using a simple web browser, connect to a membership website where they can also create their own playlist with a mix of messaging and destination footage chosen from the Delivering Digital managed media servers. To manage the compliance for the system sponsor, the Delivering Digital plugin is used to force a pre-agreed amount of sponsor content into each playlist.
