The DIZZIE Awards, acknowledging pioneering installations and campaigns that redefine industry standards, recognized the outstanding digital communication program at Orlando International Airport’s Terminal C.
The award-winning project features a visual ecosystem designed to engage and assist passengers seamlessly from ticketing to gates and beyond. With massive video walls and connected digital displays, the terminal provides dynamic, automatically updated flight information, gate details, baggage information, concessions, and more. This comprehensive information is seamlessly integrated across the visual ecosystem, connecting all airport terminals and the train station.
Key Features of the Award-Winning Installation:
- Check-In Area: Multiple video walls showcase airport and airline branding, flight details, wait times, QR codes, concessions, and more.
- Palm Court: A video wall displays FIDS information, gate walk times, and airport messaging.
- Wayfinding: Two wayfinding video walls, along with additional wayfinding throughout the terminal, feature dynamic flight information, concessions, and amenities.
- Baggage Claim Area: Info desk videowalls show flights, baggage information, wayfinding, and more.
- Additional Displays: Positioned strategically at security, gates, arrivals, CBP, international and domestic baggage claim, ground transport, and wayfinding throughout Terminal C. Content plays across 876 screens.

The DIZZIE Awards ceremony, held at a special reception during the DSE show on December 4, 2023, celebrated the outstanding achievements of the winners.
