AAEON — FOX-121 Has Passed The IEC 60945 ed.4 And IP-67 Certifications

AAEON, a premier Industrial PC manufacturer, is pleased to announce that the FOX-121 has passed the IEC 60945 ed.4 and IP-67 certifications.  The FOX-121 is part of the multi-functional and water proof panel PC family and is a 12″ model.  The international laboratory, SGS, is a certified laboratory that has processed and approved of the IP-67 certification.

There are four levels of IEC 60945 standard (Portable, Protected, Exposed, and Submerge).  The FOX-121 has passed the toughest level “Exposed Level” of IEC 60945 compliancy.  The test approach of the “Exposed Level” is placing the FOX-121 on the deck of a boat and exposing it to the outside weather.  In addition, the IP-67 certification also means the unit was tested underneath 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.  For more information please see the link below.
