Silicon Valley, CA, – Userfulâ„¢ Corporation (Userful) and Sony Electronics have announced a collaborative effort to elevate visual communications within enterprise IT through the certification of Sony’s Pro BRAVIA Displays with the Userful Infinity Platformâ„¢ and Signage Plus Solution. This groundbreaking integration not only enhances collaboration on a global scale but also signifies Userful’s entry into Sony’s Professional AV Alliance Partner Network.

The Infinity | Pro BRAVIA certified solution is the result of meticulous testing, ensuring compatibility and reliability across the entire spectrum of the integrated solution. The alliance emphasizes a commitment to continually certify new features, fostering technology compatibility and delivering enriched customer experiences.

Dan Griffin, VP Infinity Platform at Userful, expressed enthusiasm about the alliance, stating, “The integration of Userful’s uClient application on Sony’s Pro BRAVIA Displays running Android marks the beginning of a powerful alliance and Userful’s continued commitment to expanding our advanced AV solutions within enterprise IT.”

Rich Ventura, Vice President at Sony Electronics, echoed the sentiment, stating, “Userful’s innovative approach to solutions aligns with our delivery strategies, and together we can further evolve Sony’s end-to-end digital signage capabilities while enhancing our compatibility and growing our Alliance Partner Network.”

Userful’s signage solutions employ a flexible and efficient content delivery network (CDN), enabling the distribution of high-quality media content to a large number of displays and LED walls. Additionally, the platform offers an optional cloud-based CMS application, allowing for cost-effective deployment based on specific use cases.

Key administrative functions, including user management, role-based access, device monitoring, device management, and emergency alerts, are centralized at the platform level. This streamlines IT operations, enabling efficient management in one location, while content management by users occurs through various applications.

Userful and Sony have already showcased their integrated solutions during OOH in New York earlier this fall and are set to demonstrate it again in San Diego during the AV Tech Expo – a Sony roadshow event on February 5, 2024.
