iTeam, Inc., a leading provider of technology service management for distributed enterprises has named Kassandra Oakland Vice President of Customer Experience. Ms. Oakland who is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) has been training and coaching individuals at leading enterprises in Best Practices as defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology.
iTeam customers, like Subway Restaurants and other leading nationwide restaurants and retailers, rely on iTeam for onsite installation and support of their digital signage, POS, surveillance systems, networking, and other essential technologies. Ms. Oakland’s process, communications, and project management expertise will ensure iTeam’s continuing quality and customer experience leadership in the delivery of these services.

Before joining iTeam Ms. Oakland developed and instituted new corporate processes for MatrixOne, Inc. She was a founding partner of I-Net, an Application Service Provider (ASP) targeting the lower-half of SMB with integrated applications focused on both horizontal and vertical markets with a unique, local go-to-market partnership model. Ms. Oakland developed and launched Internet Service Provider (ISP) business partner program for Lotus Development Corporation, which then was continued by IBM after the purchase of Lotus. She contributed to the growth of both Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories as a Senior Software Engineer.
Ms. Oakland graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.
