The Musketeers group launches TV channel to animate digital communication Intermarché stores, based on signage software Media4Display the French publisher Telelogos. The creation of this TV channel dedicated to the outlets is a way to harmonize the digital communication of the brand, while boosting its commercial offers national and local.
Directorate of Communication Group Musketeers deployed since September 2012, the TV channel designed to equip, first time, 300 points of sale in France Intermarché. The solution signage chosen for this project consists of screens from Samsung, PC players diffusion HP, and software Media4Display editor Telelogos . The installation and maintenance will be carried out by the company Intellicast. Screens shops will be installed at the reception, in case lines, rays and traditional. For this project, the Department of Communication of the Group made two strategic choices in deciding on the one hand, steer itself the content of the TV channelso that you do not rely on advertising and remain master of its communication, and secondly, to make the selection, testing and selection of all hardware and software installation.
Two major conditions were set in the tender, the solution to:
- provide a single, centralized platform for the service of the Communication Group to build and operate its programs at the national TV channel
- allow to respect the independence of members by ensuring access to the platform so they drive their own communication.
The signage software Media4Display meets these criteria. It offers the possibility for both the Department of Communication for each store to set up, via a web console interface with a WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get), the diffusion of digital national or local (promotions , regional events, weather …). “Being able to hand over the management and control of digital content to our members has been instrumental in the selection of software,” says Morgan Allennou – Member of the Corporate Communications Group’s Musketeers.
In addition, the software also allows you to interact with applications and data sources from the information system of the Group (CRM, inventory management , planning, decision-support applications …) to distribute content updated in real time and ensure personalization of messages. Thus, the content of the TV channel automatically adapts to the characteristics of each store . Finally, the proximity and responsiveness of a pure French publisher has made decisive advantages in the choice of grouping, already by user Telelogos infrastructure software for all its outlets.
