EyeClick’s EyeStep interactive floor is now prominently displayed in Nashville.  The interactive design studio Anode installed this innovative technology.

Visitors to the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum in Nashville, Tennessee can now experience a dynamic interactive floor courtesy of EyeClick’s revolutionary interactive media display platform called EyeStep.  The technology was recently installed by the Nashville-based interactive design studio Anode as part of a larger exhibit titled “The Bakersfield Sound: Buck Owens, Merle Haggard and California Country,” which will be running from March 23, 2012- December 31, 2013.  Anode specializes in interactive media, digital signage and branded environments.

Through the technological capabilities of EyeStep, visitors to this museum exhibit can literally “walk the streets” of Bakersfield.  As they step on the floor, they reveal artwork from the music of Merle Haggard, and others.  The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum has been considered the “home of Country Music” since it opened in 1967. The Hall is accredited by the American Association of Museums—a distinction bestowed upon only 750 of the nation’s 8,000 museums.

Yuval Golan EyeClick’s VP of Marketing states, “It is a great honor for us to see EyeStep optimized for educational purposes in such a creative manner. The exhibit highlights the versatility that this interactive floor solution provides and how well it suits different applications.”

EyeClick offers a variety of systems that are equipped with MotionAware technology, which reacts when human movement is detected.  The technology allows people to activate animations, and sounds that accompany projected images.  Users can also play games or interact with the system.  In addition to its natural fit for museums, EyeStep is frequently used in retail environments, trade shows, open spaces and visitor centers.
