AAEON® has added two new industrial-grade displays to their ACD series, the ACD-515D and ACD-518D, built with WXGA Multi-Touch Displays for optimal display quality. With an operating temperature of 0 ~ 40°C (32~104°F), both models showcase a high-brightness TFT-LCD, with waterproof and dustproof features that make these models suitable to grimy environments.
The front bezel control panel features the Menu, Auto, LCD On/Off, Up and Down buttons for better access to these frequently used settings. Connectors on the ACD series include three USB ports, one Line-out port, one VGA port, one DVI port, and a DC 12V power input. A built-in 1.3M camera and two built-in 2W speakers allow real-time interaction with remote sites. Furthermore, the displays support a Projected Capacitive Multi-Touch Screen, allowing effortless two-finger multi-touch and zoom-in/out functions under Windows 7 OS. For onsite placement, the VESA 75/100 mounting makes the ACD series installation easy.

The IP65/NEMA4-certified front bezel and IPX1-certified back chassis adds to the durability of the series, and the 7H anti-scratch surface guarantees a longer lifetime use of the ACD series,” said Lee Lee, Product Manager of AAEON’s Panel Appliance and Automation Division. “In addition, the two-point multi-touch feature makes the ACD-515D and ACD-518D ideal for factories, outdoor interactive digital signage and kiosks, in-vehicle displays, point-of-information, and retail shelf displays.
