CIE-Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of commercial audio equipment to the professional installation market, have announced the launch of the brand new ‘LB-5A’ Digital Audio Store, as part of their newly designed and relaunched ‘Clever Little Box’ range.
This new incarnation of the best-selling Clever Little Box unit incorporates the latest MP3 technology to store and replay recorded voice messages, music and tones as part of a full PA system in security/safety, retail, museum/leisure and advertising applications, say CIE.
Audio files are stored in MPEG format on an internal USB memory stick with an 8-hour capacity, allowing content to be easily changed or replaced using standard Windows/Mac file management software.
Configured into three Groups of five Messages, five Chimes and five Tones (reconfigurable to individual requirements), the 15 channels can be individually accessed or activated by voltage-free ‘Normal Open / Normal Closed’ contacts, buttons, switches, PIR devices or via the Clever Little Box TU-16A Timer Unit.
Compact and simple to install and configure, the Digital Audio Store is priced to beat any leading comparative products on the market and has a wide range of additional features/functions including background music facility, channel group priority and free audio file samples.
Matching the rest of the newly-designed Clever Little Box range and manufactured in the UK, the new LB-5A is housed in a stylish, steel ‘clam-shell’ box for wall or desktop mounting, say CIE.
