Advantech In-Vehicle Surveillance, Signage and Communications Embedded IPCs

The ARK-VH series features a vehicle-friendly power design (compliant with ISO-7637-2), wireless communications, GPS receiver, in-vehicle certification (E-Mark, EN50155), anti-vibration and shock resistant design (MIL-810), and easy installation that speeds up system integrators’ time-to-market and reduces costs for space-critical, in-vehicle applications.

ARK-VH200 In-Vehicle Surveillance Embedded IPC
ARK-VH-200 is a high performance, mobile DVR solution powered by an Intel® Atom™ D510 processor. It offers not only 120/100 FPS @ D1 resolution video recording for high video quality with small files that save bandwidth and storage costs, but also one eSATA port for up to 1 TB storage capacity on an external HDD bay. This solution also features the Power over Ethernet (PoE) function, so along with data transfer, power can also be fed to an online device, such as a video camera, right over Ethernet cabling. As for security assurance, power systems are certified to handle transient power conditions, all devices are in accordance with EN50155 and two USB ports are lockable for secure connections. It’s a comprehensive video surveillance system for your in-vehicle applications.

ARK-3202V In-Vehicle Signage Embedded IPC
ARK-3202V is a mobile, multiple I/O solution powered by the Intel® Atom™ N270 processor. It inherits a rugged chassis design with additional I/O interfaces, including DVI and VGA dual displays, dual Giga LAN, five USB 2.0 ports, GPS on-board, up to five serial ports with RS-485 auto flow control, and optional WLAN and HSDPA modules. ARK-3202V, with its USB ports for connecting fare card readers and RS-232 COM ports for LEDindicator display, can support both electronic fare collection and information display. It is well suited to serve as a vehicle-based display system.

ARK-1388V In-Vehicle Communications Embedded IPC
The ARK-1388V delivers excellent computing and multimedia performance with an Intel® Core™2 Duo ULV U7500 1.06 GHz / Celeron® M ULV 1.06 GHz processor and an Intel® 945GM GM chipset. It is equipped with an 802.11b/g WLAN card, a built-in GPS receiver that supports 50 channels, GPRS support, 3.5G antenna, and supports VGA and LVDS dual independent display mode for multimedia applications. Optional GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA modules can easily be interchanged. ARK-1388V is the best choice for in-vehicle communication solutions.

Advantech in-vehicle platforms operate in an extended range of temperatures with industrial grade Compact Flash, from -20 up to 60° C; in addition, these rugged designs endure shock and vibration and fit a variety of vertical in-vehicle markets such as police cars, taxis, buses, emergency vehicles, trucks, and trains.
