Vario L3 Digital Signage Player Launch

The Vario L3 builds on the success of the L2 – further improving the winning formula of powerful integrated graphics performance and robust build quality which made the L2 one of the most successful players in the digital signage arena.

Featuring the critically acclaimed Radeon HD3200 GPU, the AMD 780G chipset can handle any current high-definition video codec making the L3 a true multimedia solution for HDTV playback; that doesn’t require an add-in graphics card.  The 780G has benchmarked with a 2.4 faster graphics performance than the 690G predecessor with a corresponding 5% decrease in power consumption. The Vario L3 boasts further green credentials by using Seagate’s Pipeline HD™ second generation DVR drive, featuring ‘noiseless’ operation and a 52% improvement in power savings over previous generations.

Other system features include dual gigabit LAN, COM port, 4 USB ports, optional solid state drive and video capture. Embracing the same design ethos as the L2, the Vario L3 retains the same compact footprint to support a range of flexible mounting options and ensure an easy upgrade path for existing customers.  With the introduction of the Vario L3, Blue Chip has once again raised the bar in performance whilst retaining a price point low enough to make the L3 the de facto industry standard for mainstream digital signage applications.
