MultiTouch worlds biggest multi-touch interactive wall_1Industry leader demonstrates potential of large-scale interactive displays

Engage Production Ltd, specialists in interactive technologies for branded environments, is delighted to announce that it will be attending ISE 2013 where members of the team will provide information on some of the company’s most spectacular installations. A close partner of MultiTouch Ltd, developer of MultiTaction Cells, Engage will be on MultiTouch’s stand in hall 11 stand N53.

Engage has a reputation for establishing the communications message the client wants to convey and building an appropriate installation. The ‘Executive Brand Suite’, which involved Engage’s building the world’s biggest interactive multi-touch wall, is a particularly good example and this will be explored in great detail by Engage at ISE.

Demonstrating its ability to integrate technology with spatial design, Engage built the wall using 24 x 55” MultiTaction Cells, to create a stunning installation of almost 10 metres in length and 3 metres high. It can process an unlimited number of touches in lightning quick time and is ideal for enabling any number of people to collaborate. As part of the build, Engage added integrated video conferencing facilities to the videowall so that audiences can interact with guest speakers from anywhere in the world. In order that the wall can be controlled using an iPad, Engage also applied their skill in creating bespoke software to facilitate this feature.

“Our partnership with MultiTouch is vital in enabling us to create some of the most amazing and engaging experiences,” comments Steve Blyth, director of Engage. “Our demonstration at ISE will exemplify our relentless pursuit to make the best even better and this ties in so neatly with MultiTouch’s way of thinking. By working together, we can anticipate the demands of the market and develop our solutions accordingly. ”

Boasting a client list teeming with blue-chip companies, Engage also built an installation for major global news provider, Bloomberg. Using a 55” MultiTaction Cell, Engage created a table displaying live Bloomberg data, topical news and messages. Included in the installation is a digital welcome wall displaying the same information as the table. A colourful and playful piece of digital furniture, the data surface appears to protrude from the wall on an array of colourful lights. These lights respond in real time to the changing colour of the content displayed on the surface.

Because the face of technology continues to evolve at such a rapid pace, Engage keeps a steady gaze on developments enabling it to maintain a portfolio of solutions that is not simply up to the minute but is way ahead of creative and trend curves. By keeping so far ahead of the game, Engage gives the impression that almost anything is possible, and one look at their breath-taking creations is certain proof that Engage’s enthusiasm and innovation is boundless.

Engage recently announced that it has joined forces with the Milamber Group to stage FLUX – an event showcasing the latest cutting-edge experiential communications technology, with presentations from the industry’s leading innovation experts. Taking place in the heart of Tech City, at the Old Truman Brewery in London’s Brick Lane on January 31st 2013, FLUX will bring together companies supplying cutting-edge products or services in the education and technology industries with businesses and individuals with a desire to create an experiential marketing initiative or communication experience.
