Park Media, a leader in enterprise-grade digital signage software, is pleased to announce the release of Sign Center 5, with new support for Android-based media players as well as enhanced support for PCs running Linux. This release allows DOOH Network Operators and Services Providers to leverage Park Media’s proven enterprise-grade DOOH software platform for use with both PC and Android-based platforms – all from a single server, and with the same back-end features and capabilities available to players running on either operating system.

In conjunction with the release of Sign Center 5, Park Media is also unveiling its new Android-­‐based media player, the PMA-100. With a $249 MSRP, the PMA-100 includes the Sign Center 5 software and provides a low-cost, low-maintenance alternative to traditional PC-based media players. Its reliable solid-state design and small form factor allow easy installation and serviceability for digital signage, kiosk, menu board, and a host of other applications. Powered by the Android 4.0 OS (Ice Cream Sandwich), the PMA-100 delivers support for Full 1080p HD video, HTML5 content, multi-zone screen layouts, alpha compositing, external content feeds, and other media playback capabilities.

• HDMI/YPbPr/CVBS video out options
• SPDIF/HDMI/RCA/Coaxial audio out options

• Support for RS232-based display and peripheral control
