DVSignage further simplifies digital signage network applications by adding DropBox support to its free DV-Studio software package.
True to its ‘Simplify Your Signage’ vision statement, DVSignage has extended the content distribution options on its free DV-Studio digital signage software package to include support for DropBox.
In simple terms, digital signage is all about using the internet to distribute multi-media and video files from a host computer to networks of media players. In other words, sharing files between different computers – exactly what DropBox is designed for.
You simply create and schedule your playlists using DV-Signage’s free-to-download DV-Studio software. You then have the option to distribute them across your signage network by dropping them directly into a standard DropBox folder. DropBox works to ‘share’ the files with any DVSignage media players associated with it.
