In preparation of iSIGN’s full rollout of its mobile broadcasting, the Company is presently in the process of visiting the approximately 550 Couche-Tard stores in the province of Quebec. Our field technicians will be visiting all stores within the next three weeks to ensure that each outlet within this region are fully up-to-date in terms of their maintenance schedule.
iSIGN is currently in negotiations with Moneris Services Corporation, a division of Moneris Solutions, to take over the maintenance of the Couche-Tard stores in Quebec once the Company has completed its current blitz of the Quebec market. Moneris Solutions currently handles the maintenance for Couche-Tard’s point-of-sale equipment. The Company expects that by transferring the maintenance requirement for the Quebec region, our field technicians will be able to concentrate entirely on the Ontario and Western Canada regions.
The Company is in the process of upgrading its audio system throughout the Mac’s/Couche-Tard chain with new hardware components and an extended music content. The expectation is that these upgrades will enable the Company to improve upon the audit revenue levels that it currently enjoys.
iSIGN is presently discussing its needs for music contents with Mood Media Corporation, with a view to utilizing them as a music content supplier.
iSIGN is moving forward with its acquisition of an OTCQX listing in the United States and is currently forwarding material that is required for review in its listing process, which includes having a company in place to act as the Company’s market-maker and being published in a securities manual.
The LOI with Carroll Advertising, Inc. is progressing smoothly and the Company expects to announce a successful conclusion shortly.
The Company is currently in the process of negotiating a second licensing LOI with a media company in Australia and expects to have details available for release within the near future.
The Company expects to take delivery of the initial portion of its total build of 1,000 Smart Antennas within the next two weeks, with the remaining balance being delivered by mid June.
iSIGN is pleased to announce that it has hired an account manager for its Florida office, effective May 22, 2012. He is an experienced sales rep, whose past employment history, including IBM and the Home Shopping Network, will serve him well in his new position.
iSIGN is pleased to announce that the City of Calgary has, extended its contract with the Company for an additional year. The extended contract now runs until May 27, 2013.
The Company is in the process of expanding its local and regional sales efforts to grow the small business advertising on both the City of Calgary and Mac’s digital signage network beyond the national brand accounts that have been recently advertising on the digital signage network, such as Rogers Wireless, OLG, Toyota and Nestle.
iSIGN is currently in negotiations for a new office to house its Ontario operations. This move will enable the Company to combine its two separate offices into a single facility housing operations, sales, administrative and head office functions. The increased space will allow for the additional employees required to handle iSIGN’s growth as well as provide a more consistent level of service to be delivered by the Company.
The Company has completed the process of renaming Pinpoint Media Group Inc. to iSIGN Media Network Inc.
