Mood Media Ireland to provide eye-catching in-store visuals and entertaining audio to An Post, the state-owned provider of postal services in Ireland.
Mood Media Corporation (TSX:MM/ LSE AIM:MM), a leading in-store media specialist, has won a nationwide contract to provide An Post, Ireland’s national postal service provider, with dynamic in-store visual and audio solutions to entertain its customers and promote its range of services.
Mood Media UK & Ireland was selected from other European providers who also pitched for the tender to supply An Post – which provides postal, communication, retail and financial services throughout its nationwide network of outlets – with digital signage and audio content as part a three-year deal.
Over 260 An Post outlets across Ireland will feature digital marketing solutions provided by Mood Media from early 2011. The brand enhancing digital content displayed on LCD screens will highlight the An Post range of services through 3D motion graphics. Audio promotional messages will periodically synchronise with the visual channel, linking eyes and ears in-store.
The screens will also feature news, sports and entertainment content, which will be updated throughout the day. The LCD screens and audio installed in each outlet will be linked back to a central server at An Post head office, which will allow all of the content to be controlled from one location via Mood Media Corporation’s innovative TeamCo player.
