Participation Process
1. Fill out a “Registration Form for Exhibitors” and fax the form with official seal to the Organization Committee;
2. Booth allocation principles: “first come, first pay, first arrangement”, please fax the reprint bank payment after remittance to the organization committee in order to confirm participation status;
3. After receiving the funds, the organization committee will issue a confirmation letter to booth exhibitors;
4. The organization committee will sent ‘exhibitor manual’ to all exhibitors 30 days before the opening ceremony;
5. The organization committee reserves the right to stand for the final adjustment in order to ensure the overall image of the exhibition.
